Warm up: (5’) - Have students work in pairs and note the name of natural wonders of Vietnam. - Elicit the natural wonders of Viet Nam from the students. => Lead to the new lesson. II. New lesson:  Activity 1: Reading (10’). a. Read the email and underline the natural wonders of Vietnam. - Introduce the reading tasks - Have students read the email and underline the natural wonders of Vietnam individually. - Share the answers with their partners - Give the answers. * Answer keys: Mộc Châu Highland Cúc Phương National Park Phú Quốc Island Lăng Cô Bay. - Give feedback and correct the answers. b. Read and write "True" or "False".

Warm up: (5’) - Play a video about natural wonders of Vietnam. => Lead to the new lesson. II. New lesson:  Activity 1: You will hear some information about a camping trip. What will each person bring? For each question, write a letter (A - H) next to each person. You will hear the conversation twice. * Pre - listening: - Introduce the topic and explain the listening task. - Have students apply the elimination process for this type of exercise, warn them that there are some extra options.

Ability - improve their English skills - develop the ability to communicate, to self-study, to solve problems and other skills 3. Quality - have a positive attitude in English language learning so that they actively participate in all classroom activities - express the opinions and give the choices on homes now and in the future B. Method. Communicative approach C. Teaching aids. - Teacher’s aids: student book and teacher’s book, class CDs, flashcards, projector or TV - Students’ aids: Student books, notebooks, workbooks. D. PROCEDURES I. Warm up: (5’) - Give students some pictures related to houses and ask students to work in groups of 4 to choose the houses suitable for now and in the future.
  8. - Put students in pairs (of houses now and in the future) and ask them to give reasons why they choose those pictures. - Student observe the pictures. - Ask students to work in groups to distinguish houses according to the topic “Homes now and in the future.” - Ask students to choose their pairs to discuss and give the reasons. Listen to a student talking to their professor. Is the student excited about houses in the future? - Yes/ No - Ask students to give some vocabularies relating to houses they have learned to prepare for general information. - Have students look at the questions, underline the key words. - Play the audio once. - Have students cross check the answer. - Give feedback. OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: 1. Knowledge: - have a brief overview of ways of communication - use lexical items related to communication breakdown (language barrier, cultural difference, communication channel, shrug (shoulder), glance) - get to know more about reasons for communication breakdown and understand more abbreviations for chatting and texting online. - talk about ways to avoid communication breakdown. 2. Competence: Communication, ability to use language (talk about ways to avoid communication breakdown), Creative capacity (give technology solution that will help people avoid the communication breakdown). 3. Quality: hardworking, responsible and honest. 4. Skills: listening and speaking B. TEACHING AIDS: Ss’ books, textbook, projector, cards C.
